Robert J. Cervone
Robert J. Cervone is an experienced criminal defense attorney with a passion for helping individuals accused of a crime. He has experience representing individuals in various crimes including attempted murder, gun and drug possession, and DUI. Importantly, he has an impressive success record in getting his clients their desired results.
Since 2010, Robert served as an attorney with the Defender Association of Philadelphia where he represented thousands of indigent defendants throughout all phases of the judicial process, including jury trials. His clients included both adult and juvenile defendants charged with a variety of felonies and misdemeanors. Robert graduated from Temple University (2004) with a degree in criminal justice, He then received his law degree from Widener University School of Law (2009) where he attended the evening division while working all day as a legal assistant at the Defender Association and going to school at night.
A member the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, Robert is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section and Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
When not practicing law, Robert enjoys all that Philadelphia has to offer but most especially The Franklin Institute and Walnut Street Theatre. He is currently working hard to become fluent in Spanish.
