How do insurance companies determine the value of my injuries in a motorcycle accident?Return to Video FAQs
Insurance companies look at two things.
First, whose fault it is? Let’s assume you were not at-fault. Then they look at your injuries. They look at your medical records. They look at the hospital reports, any tests you had done, the severity of your accident and your injuries, damage to your bike, whether you’ve sustained broken bones, required hospitalization, surgery, and the follow-up treatment and the length of treatment.
