Jon was raised in Chester County and attended Downingtown East High School in Exton. After high school, he attended Penn State University, earned a BA in International Politics, and became passionate about pursuing a career in law. Jon went on to graduate from Widener Law School where he represented service-disabled veterans in their VA disability claims and appeals. After law school, Jon passed the Pennsylvania Bar exam. Jon started his legal career as a Public Defender in Chester County, then worked at a civil litigation firm where he learned how to handle personal injury cases and a wide variety of other civil matters.

Jon currently resides in Chester County with his wife and son.
