Return to Video FAQs

Transcript:

You always have the right to an attorney in Pennsylvania, and thank God for it. Our constitution, whether it be in a civil or a criminal setting, allows you to have an attorney representing you at any time. You can be represented by a lawyer for disputes with the government, and you can be represented by a lawyer with disputes from private citizens. You always want to have a good lawyer.
