Adam is a Scranton native who graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Temple University, where he earned a Criminal Justice Distinction in Major. He began his legal career by interning at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office for a semester. Then in May of 2018, Adam came knocking on the firm’s door looking for an internship and started his position as Michael T. van der Veen’s law clerk. He stayed in that position from 2018 until he passed the bar exam in October 2023. In his role as law clerk, he has worked on all types of cases from minor personal injury matters to some of the most high-profile cases in the country. Notably, Adam traveled to Washington, D.C. and was a member of the defense team which secured a historic acquittal for Former President Donald J. Trump in the Fourth Presidential Impeachment trial in United States history.

Adam attended Delaware Law School, where he focused predominantly on oral advocacy. Adam was the Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society and served as the New Member Competition chair. Furthermore, he competed in a national Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C. Because of this, he was awarded membership into the Order of Barristers, which is a national award given to law students who have excelled in moot court activities in their respective law schools. Additionally, he was an advocate for the Moe Levine Trial Team and competed in a national competition. The competition was in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in front of the Honorable William S. Stickman IV. For his efforts, Adam was awarded the James Manderino Award from the Philadelphia Trial Association, which is given annually to law school students who have shown outstanding abilities in trial advocacy.

Adam was also a Certified Legal Intern with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office where he conducted preliminary hearings on behalf of the Commonwealth. Adam was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 2023. He focuses on both criminal and civil matters.
