A Scranton native, Adam is a trial lawyer whose practice includes criminal defense, personal injury, and civil litigation. He joined Michael T. van der Veen's firm as a law clerk in 2018 before becoming a licensed attorney in 2023. During that time, Adam gained experience working on consequential litigation, including serving as part of the defense team that traveled to Washington, D.C. and secured an acquittal for President Donald J. Trump during his second impeachment trial.
Since his admission to the bar, Adam has continued building an impressive record. He has helped secure multiple six- and seven-figure personal injury settlements and acquittals for clients facing serious felony charges, including robbery, burglary, and aggravated assault. He has also worked on high-profile matters and developed a reputation for aggressive, trial-ready advocacy.
Adam's dedication to trial advocacy began well before entering practice. At Delaware Law School, he competed nationally in moot court and trial advocacy, earned induction into the Order of Barristers, and received the James Manderino Award for outstanding trial advocacy.
