Brian Hartshorn

Brian is passionate about helping victims and their families recover after an accident, approaching each case, regardless of size, with the utmost attention it deserves. He has the unique and proven ability to successfully handle all facets of the litigation process. Brian joined the firm in 2004.

An accomplished civil litigator with demonstrated courtroom skills, Brian has handled countless cases, both by trial and arbitration, with noteworthy results. Through his zealous advocacy and diligent work ethic, he has obtained significant awards and settlements for his clients, including those in excess of one million dollars.

A native of Connecticut, Brian is a 2001 cum laude graduate of Villanova University. He earned his law degree from Villanova in 2004. He is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern Division of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey as well as the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts.

Brian is an active mentor in the Villanova Law School mentoring program and is a member of The American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, in addition to his pro bono activity.
