David C. Devine

David serves injured clients with singular focus in obtaining the maximum just compensation under the law while successfully navigating our clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. While maintaining a successful personal injury practice garnering millions and millions of dollars for injured victims in areas ranging from careless motor vehicle and tractor trailer driving, negligent nursing homes, medical negligence involving doctors, surgeons, obstetrics and radiology and various medical specialties in medical malpractice including birth, wrongful death and misdiagnosis cases, negligent banking and financial institutions, construction injuries, fall down cases against every manner of defective property condition and a myriad of other personal injury circumstances under which cognizable rights accrue for clients.

David has also served our Pennsylvania Judges in the criminal trial division, orphan’s court division and family trial divisions of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas with nearly one hundred Appellate affirmances in areas ranging from actions pursuant to the Pennsylvania Post-Conviction Relief Act, Custody and Support, Criminal Procedure, Search and Seizure and Constitutional law. Dave’s legal knowledge and draftsmanship have repeatedly met the scrutiny of Pennsylvania’s Appellate courts with success. He has served President Judges in both the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas and Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. David has also clerked for numerous trial judges in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas including the Orphan’s Court Division. David has been further distinguished in serving Judges assigned to preside over cases where entire Common Pleas Court boards’ of Judges are recused. David possesses knowledge, experience and ability that makes him especially capable of serving clients suffering with injuries due to the negligence of others. David also maintains an active Pro Bono case load serving the community who would otherwise have no access to legal services, our courts and justice.
