Jerry D. Rassias is a winning trial lawyer who brings elite courtroom experience to the representation of individuals harmed by negligence, misconduct, and abuse of power. As a former Assistant District Attorney Trial Team Leader, Jerry has already successfully tried eighteen jury trials to verdict, while personally handling thousands of cases—experience that now benefits his clients facing powerful institutions and well-funded defense teams.

Known for meticulous preparation and commanding advocacy, Jerry understands how cases are built and won. He has prosecuted and litigated the most serious matters in Pennsylvania courts, including murders, aggravated assaults, rape, and one of the largest fentanyl convictions in Delaware County history.

Jerry is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University’s prestigious Government Department and received his law degree from Villanova, where he set a record for Villanova’s trial team by placing 8th in the country in the National Trial Competition. Jerry also earned the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy as well as the Raynes McCarty Award for Excellence in Legal Writing.

In 2025, Jerry was appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to serve on its Continuing Legal Education Board, where his mandate is to assure that Pennsylvania lawyers continue their legal education and maintain the requisite knowledge and skill necessary to fulfill their professional responsibilities.
