Michael Troiani

I have dedicated over three decades to helping individuals and families who have been injured as a result of medical malpractice, product defects, motor vehicle accidents and a multitude of areas of negligence. My focus has always been to be transparent with my client putting their needs paramount in each particular case. I have successfully tried to verdict cases all across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, States of New Jersey and Delaware in both state and federal courts. Argued successfully in the highest appellate courts in the Tri-State area and in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. My experience has allowed me to navigate complex cases to provide the best results for all of my clients.

During my years as an attorney, I have tried to give back to the community volunteering for various charities and earning awards for assisting unrepresented individuals who are unable to afford legal counsel. It is important to me to be able to use my professional expertise to assist those in need and I bring that thought process to all of my clients.

Outside of my law practice, I enjoy time with family and friends, cooking, golfing and water sports.
