Attorney
Brian is a skilled trial attorney who brings extensive courtroom experience to his practice, representing clients in complex commercial litigation, personal injury, & criminal defense. As a former Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, Brian leverages his background to anticipate opposing strategies, build strong cases, and advocate effectively on behalf of his clients. Originally from West Michigan, Brian moved to Philadelphia after graduating from Hope College with a degree in Sociology. While working full-time as a paralegal at the District Attorney’s Office, Brian attended Temple University Beasley School of Law in the evenings, earning his Juris Doctor from one of the nation’s premier trial advocacy programs. Upon graduating law school, Brian gained immediate courtroom experience as a prosecutor conducting hundreds of bench and jury trials across misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony matters, where he built a reputation for effective advocacy in high-pressure litigation. During his final years at the District Attorney’s Office, Brian focused on complex and high-stakes matters, including Direct File Juvenile cases and cases involving charges of Homicide, Attempted Murder, and Aggravated Assault. This experience gave him a deep understanding of case strategy, effective advocacy, and the importance of hard-work. Brian’s work ethic was shaped early in life, growing up in a small town in West Michigan with his six siblings. A dedicated athlete, Brian played football from the time he was 8 years-old all the way through college. His athletic background instilled discipline, resilience, and a competitive drive to outwork his opponents. He applies that same mindset to his legal practice, approaching every case with focus, diligence, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
In his free time, Brian enjoys hanging out with his wife and their young son.
