Grant is a fearless trial lawyer who enjoys fighting and advocating for his clients in court.

He focuses on Commercial and Business Litigation at van der Veen, Hartshorn, Levin and Lindheim. His office is based in Norristown, Pennsylvania, but he has cases throughout Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and the United States. He lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

A public defender for over four (4) years, he spent countless hours defending indigent clients against government abuse and upholding the Constitutional Rights we all enjoy. His extensive civil experience includes handling personal injury claims, catastrophic injury claims, insurance disputes, and general liability issues. He is not afraid to take on the most difficult and complex cases and always seeks the best possible result for his clients. He has litigated thousands of civil and criminal cases.

While in law school, he interned for President Judge Gantman in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Defender’s Association of Philadelphia, the Federal Defenders for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE). In 2018, he served as a Board Observer for the Philadelphia Bar Association. In 2022, he was selected to serve as the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyer’s co-chair for Zone 1 (Philadelphia). In 2024, he was selected to serve as a co-chair for the Criminal Justice Section of the Chester County Bar Association.

In his spare time, he teaches Continuing Legal Experiences (CLEs) for other lawyers and is actively involved with the Chester County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He enjoys mentoring new lawyers and helping them learn various aspects of the legal world. He loves cars, motorcycles, art, computers, exercising, and reading history/philosophy.

He earned his juris doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2018 and a bachelor’s degree in history from Ursinus College in 2013. He played club rugby in college.
