Absolutely you can. There are a couple different avenues where you could perhaps get your loss of pay, and quickly. First is from your own insurance policy on your car. Many policies have wage loss, first party benefits and you can recover it there.

Of course, the truck that hit you is going to eventually be paying your lost wages. Sometimes we’re able to negotiate that quickly and up front. Other times we have to bring a lawsuit and fight for those wages and recover them that way.
