Return to Video FAQs

Transcript:

You bring a claim against your employer in Pennsylvania for, through workers’ compensation. You do not have a private or a separate cause of action outside of the workers’ compensation statute. However, if you fall at work on property, your employer may not be the one who owns the property and then the owner of the property may be liable to you for your injuries and you could sue them.
