By van der Veen, Hartshorn, Levin & Lindheim

As reported in the Main Line Times & Suburban, Richard Coble, an attorney with van der Veen, Hartshorn, Levin & Lindheim, successfully appeared in court to reduce the sentence of his client, Richard W. Parker. Mr. Parker, who had been represented by different counsel in his jury trial, originally had been sentenced to four to ten years in prison.

At the re-sentencing hearing, Mr. Coble argued that there were mitigating circumstances requiring a reduction of the sentence. Judge Risa Vetri Ferman agreed, reducing Mr. Parker’s sentence to three to ten years in prison.
